This could be interpretted several ways.
The atmosphere is not uniform, there are areas of high and low pressure, humidity and temperature. So for hot places water vapour rises into the atmosphere, wind travels down a pressure gradient and the temperature drops causing the water vapour to condense until it is too heavy and falls down as precipitation.
Atmosphere is not a storage pool. It is not a physical reservoir where water is stored, but rather the layer of gases surrounding the Earth.
Rain is a form of precipitation that occurs when water vapor in the atmosphere condenses and falls to the ground in the form of liquid droplets.
Precipation
no there is no precipation on pluto....
Precipation
i don't know
Droughts
An example of precipitation would be rain falling from the sky. When water vapor in the atmosphere condenses and forms droplets that become too heavy to remain airborne, they fall to the ground as rain.
When it is hot and there is no precipation
acid precipation
deserts
No,they are equal.
