There are 44 rivers in Kerala. 41 of the rivers flow westward and the other 3 flow east. Many of the rivers are fed by monsoons and made into rivulets. Some rivers are not big in length and many dry out in summers months. The monsoons may play a huge role behind so many rivers existing in Kerala.

Yes, Kerala is a beautiful place, Kerala is known by the name "God's Own Country". As the name implies Kerala is really like a place blessed by God. It is located on the shore of the Arabian sea with amazing culture and climate. One of the places in Kerala is famous for heritage, and other specialties. Kerala is such beautiful with coconut trees, Hill stations, Beaches, wildlife, backwaters, etc.
Kerala is located in South India, and its known for being "God's Own Country", so as this said Kerala has many things to offer. One of my favorite things to do would be go to Kerala's backwaters travel around the lakes, rivers and lagoons. The backwaters is relaxing and chilled, you can take a nice cold beer meanwhile hearing the nature of beauty of South India(:
