It has google voice search if that helps. You can find the voice search button on the top right corner of the home screen or menu screen
If you go into the Music and Ringtones portion of the phone, you will see a tab labeled "Sounds" and you will see that you can Record anything using the microphone built into the phone.
Go to S voice (hold the home button down), go to settings, and turn on the 'wake up command' You can leave it as "hi galaxy" or change it to whatever command you want.
