What is a penny from 1972 that has an engraving of Ohio on it worth?

In 1976 World Incorporated, Cleveland, Ohio, Made a Board Called Land of The U.S.A. where you have all the States with 1976 Pennies that either they or you inserted into the Circles. Each 1976 Penny has the Map of each State on them in front of Lincoln's Face. I've shown one board that I presently have to show you what it looked like. Probably each Penny is worth 1 Cent-yet I saw one of these sold on Ebay for 25.00 plus 4.95 Shipping-so Like everything else that's Vintage-or for people who collect coins, they will pay whatever they personally feel it's worth to them??
