I don't know what news you are referring to, but I doknow that right now they are actively searching for Cleopatra's tomb. They have found the underwater remains of the tomb that she built in Alexandra, but so far they have not found (or are not saying) where Cleopatra is actually buried. This is the only reason I can think of for Cleo to be in the news at this time.
No, the Cleopatra mentioned in the Bible was a princess, the daughter of a Pharoah. She is mentioned in 1 Machabees, 10:57.
Cleopatra partied with her friends. In the scant information we have about Cleopatra's social life, her friends are all mentioned as participating in lavish banquets given by Cleopatra or having Cleopatra attend their own banquets.Cleopatra partied with her friends. There were seven Cleopatra's in the Ptolemaic line in Egypt. But, remember that Cleopatra was a very common name in Macedonia and there were several mentioned by historians and even one mentioned in the Bible.
Unfortunately, the lasting legacy of Cleopatra is one of vice and sensuality. Although this may not have been the "real" Cleopatra, it is what people think of when her name is mentioned.
Cleopatra's eye color is not mentioned in any ancient writings. Any indication of her eye color would be guessing.
Cleopatra of Jerusalem was one of the wives of king Herod. He sons became ruler after Herod died. Whenever she is mentioned, "of Jerusalem" is always added to her name in order to distinguish her from Cleopatra of Egypt.

No one knows. We have absolutely no knowledge of Cleopatra's childhood. (We don't even know who her mother was). Cleopatra was first mentioned in history as a grown woman of 22. Any depiction of her childhood is fiction due to lack of knowledge.
Julius Caesar was actually conspired to be killed by Antony so he could marry Cleopatra. it is clearly mentioned in the book-Antony and Cleopatra -cesh.j 10th
Cleopatra claimed to have a son, Caesarion, with Julius Caesar, but there is doubt about this. Caesar never recognized the child and never mentioned him in his will. Other ancient writers question Caesarion's parentage too. All we have is Cleopatra's word that the child was Caesars' and it would be politically advantageous for her to claim this.
As far as we know, Cleopatra's father died of natural causes. I know this is not a definitive answer, but none of the ancient writers pinpoint his cause of death. If he died by murder or some sort of violence they certainly would have mentioned it.
