No, none of the Dursleys die.
He was taken there on Dumbledore's instructions, after his parents died. The Dursleys were Harry's only living relatives.

Nothing. Harry does not hate Dudley. After Harry arrived at Number Four, in 1997, Dudley made at least one known attempt to reconcile with Harry. Dudley placed a cup of tea outside Harry's room. When Harry parted ways with the Dursleys, Dudley was the only member to bid Harry a heartfelt farewell. He shook Harry's hand, and thanked him for saving his life (though it was his soul the dementor would have taken). The members of the Order of the Phoenix escorting the Dursleys into hiding were not satisfied by this, and thought a more adequate apology was in order, but the Dursleys left with nothing more to say.
The Dursleys
The Dursleys leave for their own protection, because when Harry turns 17 the protective charm at their home will break, even if Harry is gone it is likely that the Death Eaters will capture and torture them for information on Harry, as they would neither be particularly aware of, or care about, Harry's lack of a communicative relationship with the Dursleys.
With The Dursleys
He was taken there, on Dumbledore's instructions, by Hagrid.
The Dursleys did not treat Harry as their own son because they hated that he was a wizard, Vernon because he was a bigot Petunia because she was jealous, and Dudley because he was raised to treat Harry badly.
Prior to Harry finding out he is a wizard, the Dursleys used to leave Harry with their neighbour Mrs Figg whenever they were away or going somewhere. After the revelation they tended just to leave him to his own devices. In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry learns that Mrs Figg is a squib, placed in Privet Drive by Albus Dumbledore to keep an eye over Harry. The Ministry of Magic were surprised to learn this as had no knowledge of someone magical living nearby, but they only kept records on witches and wizards.
