Jesus rise from the dead in order to make resurrection possible. Because he rose from the dead, we too can be resurrected just like Him.
Answer:
Jesus' resurrection from the dead began the fulfillment of God's promise to Abraham that: "...all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him." (Gen.18:18)
"And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed My voice." (Gen.22:18)
"...The scripture does not say 'and to seeds,' meaning many people, but 'and to your Seed,' meaning one person, who is Christ." (Gal.3:16 NIV)
Jesus' resurrection opens up salvation to all the nations on earth... not just Abraham's blood descendants.
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Jesus Christ. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." (Gal.3:29 NIV)
