No because Jesus never married

AnswerAs their own father had died when they were young, from an early age Peter and his brother Andrew were cared for and grew up with Zebedee and his wife Salome and their children James and John.

Peter

Originally called Simon (= Simeon, i.e., "hearing"), a very common Jewish name in the New Testament. He was the son of Jona (Mat_16:17). His mother is nowhere named in Scripture. He had a younger brother called Andrew, who first brought him to Jesus (Joh_1:40-42). His native town was Bethsaida, on the western coast of the Sea of Galilee, to which also Philip belonged. Here he was brought up by the shores of the Sea of Galilee, and was trained to the occupation of a fisher. His father had probably died while he was still young, andhe and his brother [that is, Andrew]were brought up under the care of Zebedee and his wife Salome(Mat_27:56; Mar_15:40;Mar_16:1). There the four youths, Simon, Andrew, James, and John, spent their boyhood and early manhood in constant fellowship....

Peter

Pe'ter.(a rock or stone). The original name of this disciple was Simon, that is, "hearer". He was the son of a man named Jonas, Mat_16:17; Joh_1:42;Joh_21:16, and was brought up in his father's occupation, that of a fisherman. He and his brother, Andrew, were partners of John and James, the sons of Zebedee, who had hired servants. . ...

[From Smith's Bible Dictionary]

However, both James and John, (the sons of Zebedee), were related to Jesus. (This John was the Apostle; that is, John the evangelist and writer of John's Gospel. )

Salome [see Mar 15:40 KJV] was 'the mother of Zebedee's children' [see Mat 27:55-56 KJV ]. Zebedee's children were James and John [see Matt 4:21 KJV ] . This means Salome was Jesus' mother's sister of John 19:25.

Mat 4:21 KJV And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them.

That is, Salome was Jesus' Aunt, and so this would make James and John [that is, the evangelist] cousins of Jesus. Although Peter and Andrew were not related to Jesus, they would have known the cousin of their friends quite well from an early age.
