Tina Louise, who played actress Ginger Grant on the 1964-1967 television series, "Gilligan's Island", was actually disapointed in herself for even taking on the '60's t.v. series' role in the first place! She told reporters, before the making of the 1978-79 reunion movies,..that because of the t.v. series,..she was forever "TYPECAST" as Ginger Grant,..and that she couldn't get any other "REAL" television or movie roles because the "WORLD" will always know her as the dim-witted, red-headed, "B" movie actress,Ginger Grant,...and because of this, she would have NO part in ANY reunion movies or anything to do with the Gilligan's Island franchise!
she was a drug addict at the time and her appearance was horrible.
Because she didn't want to be. Louise has claimed the show "ruined her career", and she declined to reprise her role in the movie sequels.

Coppermine Island is part of the Hen and Chicken Islands located off the northern coast of New Zealand. There are copper deposits on the island but they have not been mined. The attempts at mining the deposits proved to be unprofitable.

MAYBE! because you can record it and watch it at home without buying the real thing?!
because if it wasnt people would start doing that more, then less and less people would go to stores, and movie stores would go out of buisness.
