There is no evidence she is forced to wear the clothes she wears. Rather, she seems to wear those types of clothes for originality. It might describe her personalitiy. There may be other personal reasons, too.

clothes are uncomfortable and unnatural for dogs. They cannot move very well in them and they cause a tight or itchy feeling. Humans are raised wearing clothes. If a human was naked all of their lives and then was forced to wear clothes, they would not like it either. It is not just dogs that don't like to wear clothes, no animal likes it except a domesticated human that has proved to be more than adaptable.
