It was before Nick gave us crappy shows like iCarly, Victorious, Fanboy and ChumChum, BIg Time Rush, Naked Brothers Band, and All grown Up. I'm sorry I offended any fans of iCarly and Victorious, and All grown Up. I really miss the old school Nickelodeon.

Nickelodeon decided in August 2012, they would not continue the show after the 26 episodes they originally ordered. As for "WHY", no reason was stated. All 26 episode have aired but oddly enough however, in the Nickelodeon 2013 Upfronts, Robot & Monster is listed as a returning series but there does not seem to be any information about it actually being renewed. It possible Nickelodeon changed their minds but until new episodes actually start to air, it is assumed to be cancelled.
