Why was baseball invented?

The British invented it. Verified Source of Origin.... The reason British invented baseball (Rounders the other name for it)... was inactive children in England at the time needed some mild exercise so the game was created as a result, historically its been a childrens game for who it was intended. In Commonwealth nations its played by many kids up to age 11.. while its very popular as a girls game with UK having organised nationwide Leagues.
