The problem with the Apollo 13 , was the commander was alright so there was no need for Alan B. Shepherd to join the crew. mattingly was sick. So Swigert replaced him.
Apollo 2 was an unmanned mission, so it had no crew.
Well, The crew that was supposed to go on Apollo 13 was Alan Sheppard's crew, but he got an ongoing ear infection so he and his crew got bumped. Afterwards, Jim Lovell and his crew (Fred Haise, and Ken Mattingly) were assigned for the Apollo 13 mission, but because the doctors thought Ken Mattingly was going to have the measles, he got bumped from the mission and was replaced with Jack Swigert. Hope this helps! :)
There were no casualties on Apollo 13. So there were 3 survivors, which was everybody on the spacecraft.
Nothing what so ever happened to the Apollo 18 astronauts. The reason being there never ever was a Apollo 18 moon mission. Apollo 17 was the last moon mission launchedby N.A.S.A.

Every Apollo mission had astronauts walking on the moon.

The Apollo 13 mission was part of NASA's Apollo program, which was designed to land men on the Earth's moon. Apollo 13 failed, however, due to an explosion in one of their oxygen tanks. The crew survived and returned to Earth, but they never landed on the moon. They did take pictures of the moon, however, so it could be said, in response to your question, that they studied Earth's moon.

Thomas Ken Mattingly was sick with jaundiceand so John L Swigert who was the back up crew member took his place for the mission.
First of all, It is the number 13. Secondly, It was planned to leave on the 13th day of the month, at the 13th hour of the day, at the 13 minute of the day. That is unlucky
Apollo was the name of the project that was attempting to get men to the moon. The program was named after the Greek god of light and music by NASA manager Abe Silverstein. There were various parts of the mission, starting with basic tests of the components that would be used, such as the modules and the rockets. Some of the missions sent unmanned rockets into space. The first mission was Apollo 1, then Apollo 2 and so on. Apollo 7 was the first of the Apollo missions to take men into space. Apollo 11 was the first one to land on the moon. Apollo 17 was the last Apollo mission.

Well none. People may think that it was Apollo 11, but Apollo 11 was a hoax, and so was the rest of the Apollo 'moon landings'.
