The history of Hannah was much like that of Abraham's wife Sarah. Hannah was patient and waited upon our Father and did not blame him because she had no children .... yet.
Sometimes we must be patient and wait, our Father always has a purpose for us. Remember he does not work on our personal time schedule. In this current day, everything is measured to the second with the expectation that things should occur instantly.
Our Father has his plans and we must wait upon him. Hannah is an example of a very patient woman believing in our Father and having faith in him regardless of her personal desires. Later she would be blessed and have a son ... Samuel (Strong's -From the passive participle of shama' and 'el = heard of God... Translated = Samuel, Shemuel). You can read about the incident in 1 Samuel ch 1.
Samuel would be the last of the judges in Israel, they would be succeeded by kings, an idea our Father was not fond of.

∙ 9y agoHannah was the wife of Elkanah, but was barren until the Lord heard her sorrowful prayers. The very next time she and her husband made love, she conceived and bore Samuel whom she dedicated to the Lord. Samuel became His prophet who anointed both Saul and David as Kings of Israel.
Hannah was further blessed with 3 more sons and 2 daughters (see 1 Samuel 1 & 2).
