Each Chapter 13 planis different. I have seen Chapter 13 plans pay nothing to unsecured creditors and I have seen plans that pay 100$ to the unsecured creditors. Most cases are much less than 50%. It just depends on how much income is left for plan payments and how much debt the debtor has.
Lichenplanis is not a form of cancer. It is a rash that develops either as an adverse reaction to antihypertensive medications or as a result of being exposed to tremendous psychological stress. It is a rare disorder and once you break out with it, there is a small chance that later in life it will flare up again. If it does flare up again, it shouldn't after that. I have lichenplanis that flared up when I was around 12....it then re surfaced two years ago, which was 17 years later. Hope this helped.
