The Nazis viewed the Jews as useless and unworthy. They claimed that Jews are no better than scum and deserved harsh treatment and extermination. The ones they allowed to live were used as slaves to do the work they needed done.

There are two biblical references to the enslavement of the Israelites or Jews: the 430 years in Egypt and the Babylonian Exile.

The Bible tells us that the Israelites went to Egypt voluntarily and were treated well and with respect, until the Egyptians began to fear them for their greater fertility, because they would soon outnumber the Egyptians and be able to overthrow the Egyptians in their own land. I am sure the Jews were proud of hearing stories of their sexual fertility, but there is little likelihood of this story being true. The respected Israeli archaeologist, Israel Finkelstein, says that over 90 per cent of scholars do not believe the Exodus occurred as described in the Bible, but that the Israelites were really natives of the Levant.

In the early sixth century BCE, Judah was a client state of Babylon, allowed freedom to manage its own affairs. A revolt in 588 BCE resulted in the seige of Jerusalem and its total defeat in 586 BCE. Most of the inhabitants of Jerusalem who survived the fighting were taken captive to Babylon. It seems that in Babylon, the Jews were not slaves in the traditional sense, but they were not permitted to return until the Persian defeat of Babylon. The Babylonian Exile, as this period of hardship was called, resulted from the Babylonian belief that the Jews would continue to rebel as long as they were allowed to remain in Jerusalem.

From the evidence, yes. The Jews were confined, killed, beaten, forced work, forcibly moved, mistreated, starved, and gassed. Other than the gas, all other of the items listed meet the conditions for slavery.
