Can't give you any names because "prehistoric" by definition deals with things that weren't written down. However, many preliterate systems probably featured a) a sky father; b) an earth mother; c) a Sun god (or goddess); d) a Moon goddess (or god); e) a rain god; f) a river god; g) a god of the principle food source [e.g., corn god, deer god, whale god]; h) an articifer god ("hammer god'"; i) goddess of childbirth; j) death god; k) fire god and trickster god.
We don't know names for any gods of prehistoric times because prehistoric means time before written history. So no scriptural evidence available. But we know that prehistoric people worshipped goddesses of fertility, because that was the most important aspect to them, to get healthy children. Archaeologists have found many statues of enormously fat women, which are thought to represent fertility goddesses. We have also found many stones carved as phallic images. They might be male fertility idols too, or then just prehistoric dildos.
The prehistoric Gods and Goddesses were all nature ones.......................you see the prehistoric people were all nature worshipers.
