Most people were sent because they were Jewish. There several reasons people say that Hitler did this for. A couple are because a Jewish student beat him out for an art college. Frankly Hitler wasn't that good of an artist. Another reason they think is because the Doctor Who couldn't save his mother was Jewish. They weren't sent there because they didn't fit in with his "master race". And the country needed a scapegoat this also ties in with Hitler and his past with people of Jewish decent. Why I think he did it is because he was cruel and insane.
