Major bodies of water are important, because wildlife such as fish, sharks, ETC, need to survive! They need a home. Major bodies of water are also important to us too, because where do we get our purified water....... oceans, lakes, rivers, all of those water bodies help us survive. without them we would be in for a very bad disaster.
