If the bulb is a double filament bulb, one of the filaments is burned out.
check your bulbs, this happens when a light bulb is burnt out good luck
trouble putting right front signal bulb in.
the flashers will click to fast because of to much electricity back to flasher, this is telling you you have a bulb out somewhereeither a front or rear directional bulb
I found that it was a burnt out bulb
You could have a faulty bulb. Check for contact in both bulbs if they are new.

Replace the bulb- There are 2 filaments in this bulb. The brake and flashers work off the same line and the turn signal works off another. If this isn't it, check your fuse box.
The horn is underneath the front right light bulb remove the light bulb and its underneath a rubber like sheet.
you take the bulb out and then put a new one in
There is a bulb holder below the headlight bulb holder on the right side.It is inside a hole big enough to get your hand in but it is in tight quarters. This holder I believe turns to the right. I used a flashlight to see where it was.
reach up under front bumper and twist the bulb out.
