Being a man and what they can do, are different from us woman. Men can not show their emotion, their weakness, and always act tough.
The women are also different, our emotion, are what keeps us going. We solve problem through our emotion. Women are gentle, tender and always have this understanding about life itself. Of course there's one thing a man can not do but woman can, and that is we have maternal instinct.
