The 2002 wrangler has a switch on the turn signal multifunction unit. You must pull out the end of the turn signal, and the low beam must be on; it won't work with the high beams on.
turn on the running lights and pull out on the multi switch.
Flasher relay is defective.
pull out on the end of the lights switch
pull out on the end of the lights switch
Could be a loose or corrodedbattery cable.
On the left turn signal lever, twist the end cap to turn lights from OFF - Parking - ON - AUTO
this is nice
Possibly the dash light dimmer, located next to the headlight switch, is turned down. Turn it to brighten the lights.
The 2001 Jeep Wrangler turn signal flasher relay switch can be located beneath the dashboard. The switch will be on the drivers side of the engine compartment.
If the headlights do not come on and the parking lights do in a 2000 Jeep Wrangler, it is possible that the fuse is blown for the headlamps. It is also possible for them to both be burned out due to touching the glass part when installing them. Oil in the fingers will overheat them and burn them out.
i just had the same problem with mine, could never get it, then i figured out that you have to be in 5th gear and then turn it on press set and youre good to go..
I have a 99 Jeep wrangler it has panel lights for the heater and air conditioner controls. So pull out your glove box. Fuse # 3 cavity it should be a red 10 amp fuse. Check to see if that is blown. One other thing. Your head light which is the dimmer switch for your panel lights. Turn your headlight switch counterclockwise all the way before it clicks your panel lights should get bright. Clockwise should get dimmer
