- This is an extremely complex case. Casey has been caught is so many lies that it is difficult to know when she is telling the truth and it's exasperating not only the police, but the media and the public as most of us dislike to hear of a child missing and have little patience with a mother that doesn't look after her child. However, the media is not helping nor 'Nancy Grace' and it's become a media circus. There are theories that Casey wanted one of her girlfriends to adopt her child (told to police by the friend of Casey) and that one of her friends has Caylee and Casey doesn't want to tell the police for fear her friend or friends will get into trouble legally for hiding Caylee. Casey did not report her child missing immediately and at first the police felt that Casey's daughter was still alive and she was hiding her from over bearing grandparents (Casey's lawyers to this day believes that Caylee is alive) but, unfortunately, there has been recent forensic evidence in the trunk of Casey's car that there was a human body there (decay) and chloroform. There has been no information released to media whether forensic evidence is that of Caylee. Casey is being indicted for murder without a body so there must be some evidence. A mother with a missing child doesn't go on a shopping binge and pay for it by stealing money from a female friend by forging checks! This whole case is a mystery and either Casey is innocent; hiding things she knows about her daughter's disappearance and is mentally imbalanced (which does not make one a murderess) or, she is guilty of killing her daughter Caylee and has done so with the help of someone else she prefers not to get involved with. The public will just have to wait to see if Casey will confess to whether she did or didn't murder her daughter. At the present time she is saying she did not kill her daughter.

But if she does 'confess', she will never be able to tell the whole truth because she is incapable of doing that.

Casey was the last one to be seen with Caylee alive which was proven by Casey's friends, her father and during police intergation when claiming she dropped Caylee off at her nanny's home. When Caylee's remains were found not to far from the Anthony's home she was found in a laundry bag which Cindy Casey's mother claimed to be missing a laundry bag, there was duck tape found on Caylee's mouth which same brand of duck tape was in the Anthony's garage, a winnie the pooh blanket that matched the rest of Caylee's bedding set in her room, along with Casey's car the truck smelling like death but was dissputed by her defense team saying it was the garbage that was in the truck of her car, I believe she did kill her daughter but while Caylee was missing Florida had a hurricane and were Caylee's remains were found I believe from sitting in the water cause that area was flooded didn't help with erasing alot of the evidence needed to prove Casey did it. so wasn't really proven for sure how she was killed. even though the duck tape on the mouth should of been a dead give away. alot of speculation's that cloriform was used but was only alittle in the trunk of her car but just wasn't enough to prove she did it. or atleast that is how the jury say it!

Since Casey Anthony can no longer be prosecuted further in the death of her daughter and no other suspects have come to light, we most likely will never know for sure who killed Caylee or why she died. Casey Anthony is legally not guilty of killing her daughter but the public is free to think what they like.
