Lots of possibilities, but it's likely the driver door control module, which is the module that has the switches in it. It has to be replaced at a dealership because the module has to be coded to the vehicle's security code, and programmed with updated firmware, if there is any (I know there is new F/W for the passenger door). The precise programming will depend on the on the installed options.
This will cause the windows, locks, seat heat control, seat memory buttons, mirror control and window lockout button to all not work. (Crappy design, too many functions in one module).
It's an expensive repair, I just had my passenger door module replaced and it was over $700. Took the dealer 2 weeks to get the part.
Some mechanics have reported that disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds sometimes wakes the module up, so it's probably worth giving that a try first.
