Three possibilities, blown fuse for the guages check the fuse box, guage cluster wire connector loose, Bad guage cluster.
There is a fuse for the gauges, check it.
Check the fuses.
gauges don t work truck wont start
Believe it or not, I have had to disconnect the cig lighter in order for the tail lights to work. Sounds far fetched but it does work!
when you had that problem did the van start? we have the same stuff going on but ours wont start
what do you mean? did they stop working, work now and then, or what is working and what not? if everthing is dead and the truck runs ok, then ckeck the fuses, but im not sure at all it could be PCM related.
check the fuse under gauges
You would have to check the bolt pattern out for sure. But I'm really sure they wont work.
F150 lighning's have a supercharged 5.4L motor, regular F150's do not, unless there is aftermarket work done. Non-supercharged 5.4's can be converted to supercharged, but there is quite a bit of work involved.
Start the thing...............
