I'm stupid: I'm answering my own question: this is if you encounter the same problem but I had accidentally made a filter where it said all mail skips the inbox by accident so I just now realized that and I deleted the filter, tested it and it works again! Once again, I'm only writing this so that those who encounter the same problem in the future can check this to make sure they aren't doing the same thing!
