i will bet its BROKEN WIRES if it's not the fuse The most likey place is where the wires run from the body (driver side) into the door. the rubber boot hides the wires. The wires get brittle and break from the door opening and closing. Splice a 3" wire on ech broken wire with crip connectors. then loop the splice (this loop prevents future breaking). reattach each broken wire after you loop each spliced wire. i HAD ABOUT 8 WIRES ON MINE BREAK. Time consuming, but it works great.
