Click on Shops
Click invintory
Click Quick Stock
select items you want to stock, deposit, donate, discard, gallery, closet or shed
Click Submit
After stocking your shop you need to price your items yourself and then the items will show in your shop

Its a way to pledge that they will always be in stock and upon the rare occasion that they wont be in stock, they loose a bit of money, and get you to come back and spend it next time, or right then and there.
