Have a locksmith or your dealership inspect the locks.

If they are power locks there are many malfunctions that have nothing directly to do with the lock (e.g. I once had a body shop that was repairing external damage to the door incorrectly reassemble the locking rods for the power lock causing the system to jam - the dealer had to take that door apart and reassemble the rods correctly to get the locks in that door and the other that the body shop had not worked on functioning right.

Being an actual mechanic, I'm going to give it to you straight - the reason it's not working is because you haven't diagnosed the issue, identified the issue, and corrected the issue. So the question at this point becomes, "what is the issue?". By that, I mean we need specifics. See, there are multiple reasons door locks can fail... some are exclusive to power door locks, and some are common to both power and manual door locks. Narrowing this down typically requires a hands-on diagnosis. So, some of these things, you can rule out based on what they are or are not doing. If you have all of your locks in a power door lock system stop working, for example, you probably didn't have linkages, actuators, or latches suddenly fail simultaneously on all four doors. So you're probably looking at an issue with the PDL system itself, in which case, you'd start by testing fuses and relays, then test to see if you have power at your switches. If you don't have power at your switches, you'd then go about tracing the wire... depending on the year of your vehicle, it might go to the switches directly, or might go through a body control module. However, if a BCM craps out, it's very unlikely only one function of the vehicle would be affected, so don't go out a new BCM just yet. I could spend all night writing an answer telling you how to diagnose every possible issue causing your door locks to fail, but here at WA, we give ourselves license to cut short an answer if giving such an in-depth answer goes beyond practicality. There's an email address posted on my bio page. You are free to email me with details of what exactly your door locks are and are not doing, and once it's narrowed down that way, we can figure out how to proceed from there.

I am sorry but we can't answer because we don't know you. Check to see if something is stopping the key.
