Have a locksmith or your dealership inspect the locks.
If they are power locks there are many malfunctions that have nothing directly to do with the lock (e.g. I once had a body shop that was repairing external damage to the door incorrectly reassemble the locking rods for the power lock causing the system to jam - the dealer had to take that door apart and reassemble the rods correctly to get the locks in that door and the other that the body shop had not worked on functioning right.
Check the fuse.
Check fuse
"Replacing a power door lock on a 4door pont G6
most likely that would be a fuse
it is a switch problem most likely if door and window use same fuse then try the switch itself for the locks
Tumbler door locks work with the key being put in the lock and tumbler turning. This is one of the most common types of door locks.

I had all four of my door locks stop working. I was told it was the actuators and for $250.00 per actuator (my only local Ford dealership) I could have them fixed. Back to manual for me.
power door locks don't work on my 1997 Honda crv
what about them? yeah for real, my door locks work pretty well.
Door locks work by using a mechanism that secures the door in place, preventing it from being opened without the correct key or combination. There are different types of door locks, including pin tumbler locks that use pins of varying lengths to prevent the lock from opening without the correct key, and electronic locks that use digital codes or biometric information to grant access. When the correct key or code is inserted, it aligns the pins or activates the mechanism to allow the door to be opened.
ANYTHING could happen to make it not work.
