I have a 1997 Plymouth Breeze, and the fuse panel can be seen when you open the driver's side door, at the end of the dashboard. It is normally covered up by the door when it's closed, so you need to leave the door open to see it. Lift off the panel, (may have to tug a bit).
There is a small plug on the inside panel, remove it and there is a release lever inside the door.
on the left side of the driver and under the dash. right by the door there is a panel that you open.
what restaurats are open in plymouth ma thanksgiving
Open the door, and look at the lower part of the door opening, closest to the rear wheel. It's covered by a rubber stopper, but if you feel it with your finger, there is a switch inside...
First remove the screws at the bottom of the door that hold the hinge. Next open the door part way and tilt one side out so the dog ear clears the dash opening. Then the door should come out easily.
the horn fuse for the 97 Plymouth breeze is on the driverside of the dash. open the door and you will see a panel on the end of the dash. pull off the fuse is on the top row last yellow fuse (next to steering wheel).
