Boots of any kind can not be enchanted with fortify archery. Fortify archery is limited to helmets, gloves, necklaces, and rings.
Detect Life is not available as an Enchantment in Skyrim. It is only available as a spell.
if the enchantment system from oblivion remains in skyrim there will be almost infinte unique weapons
Yes, you need to unlock the final enchanting perk at skill level 100. Then when you enchant an item, you can put two enchantments on it. Note that you cannot add an enchantment to an already enchanted item, it won't let you add a second to an enchanted item you find for example. It only lets you add two, at the same time, to an unenchanted item.
making the best weapons: get alchemy, enchanting and smithy levels to 100. after leveling these follows these steps: 1-make fortify enchanting potions 2-drink up and enchant fortify alchemy items -repeat alot 3- when you get bored of repeating these steps enchant armor with fortify smithy and brew fortify smithy potions 4-drink up and make a boss weapon with your +400 or so points of smithy out of a deadric dagger. (forging the dagger doesn't make it boss, the sharpening of it does by improving the damage to crazy levels)
Invisibility Potions and Fortify Health Potions
By making potions.
Disenchanting an item just lets you learn that kind of enchantment. That enchantment's strength, when you enchant an item, depends on your Enchant skill, it is not the same strength as when it was on the item you learned it from. So if you disenchant an item that boosts Smithing by 30, then all you learn is the 'Fortify Smithing' enchantment. When you yourself enchant an item with it, the boost will be different. It may be much lower than the original item it came from, it might even be higher if your Enchant skill is 100 and you are boosting it further using equipment and potions.
The Necklace of the Peerless Squire is an enchanted necklace and can be made by enchanting a necklace (any sort) with Fortify Light Armor enchant. However, for the Peerless Squire, you'll need to max your enchanting level. Peerless Squire will increase Light Armor skill by 25.
Look in kitchens and alchemy shops everywhere.
You must disenchant an item with the enchantment on it, look at local shops and the caravans outside the city for these items ("resisting" enchantments can only be found and placed on certain aror items).
A Dwarven Sword of Devouring. It absorbs health, so I'd presume that it would be the "Absorb Health" enchantment. To get it, just find a sword with it on, and then disenchant it and apply it as you see fit.
