The shifter doesn't move?
- if so, the ignition switch is At Fault not allowing the shifter to physically move.
The transmission doesn't go into drive gear?
- if so, your fluid level may be too low ... proper transmission fluid level must be maintained at all times. The only way to check that fluid level is with the engine running and at normal operating temperature. Be sure the transmission is in Park, the break set, and chocks placed at all wheels to prevent the vehicle from moving.

no .. Having a seized drive shaft would be like just having the brake on .. will still go in gear .. just wont move ..
my 4 wheel drive wont ingage into gear from 2 wheels to 4 wheel drive why?
Are you saying that the gear shifter will not move from park to drive or that when you shift to drive the vehicle will not move? We need more info.
Your shift linkage may have slipped or become loose. Check your linkage.
You need a new tranny...
There is a fuse for the gauges, check it.
