Well cable could be froze up. Replace the clutch cable. If cable is working adjust cable. If the clutch cable is adjusted then it's time for a new clutch
A Yamaha Blaster not going into gear is typically a sign of an issue with the clutch. To troubleshoot, try to adjust the clutch at the lever. If this doesn't solve the problem, the shot clutch pack may need to be replaced.
no it wont the only other one that will fit is off the banshee
Either your transmission is in gear or locked up, kick starter assembly has become dislodged in the case, your clutch is incredibly out of whack, or your engine is locked up.
need a clutch cable adjustment. it is likely that it is too tight
probably dont have any compression. take spark plug out and put your thumb over the plug hole as you try to kick start it. if no air shoots out then its a compression problem
That's a fairly common problem with that 200cc motor. The blaster motor does not preform well when it's cold. One way to help starts adjust idle up just alittle use full chock when it start let warm up with 1/2 chock on.
my clutch went to the floor what happened?
There are several different answers, depending on what is happening. If you have a hydraulic clutch, there maybe air in the system that is not allowing the clutch to release. If it is a Mechanical clutch, a linkage may have come loose or broken. A Shifter linkage may have broken or came apart which will not allow the connection from the shift lever to the Transmission.
under the seat where the throdle screws in the carb, there is an adjustment screw, turn right and it increases the idle. it worked for me. do it while running. It is a large flat head screw that is on the throttle body control mechanism. Not on the carburetor itself.
its probably not getting gas to the engine. clean your carb out and look at the reeds. if not you dont have enough compression to pull gas into it. its probably not getting gas to the engine. clean your carb out and look at the reeds. if not you dont have enough compression to pull gas into it.
take off the side cover on the foot brake side then unbolt the 5 bolts on the clutch basket then you`ll see a nut in the middle take that off .pull the clutches out one by one and remember how they came out and replace how they came out last one out will be the first one in . the put the clutch basket lid back on make sure it goes all the way down , put the 5 bolts and springs back on do not over tighten you will break them off , then take you fingers where the nut was grab the stud that sticks out turn it until it just tightens against the cover put the nut back on replace the cover . check the clutch lever free play just make sure just before you feel the clutch start to engage you should be able to stick a nickel between the lever and the part that bolts to the handle bars
