have you got boolprop? if you dont you hold ctrl and shift and press c make sure you are in the NEIGHBOURHOOD befor you do it otherwise it wont work a box should come up. type in it boolprop tesingcheatsenabled true then drag up all your sims skill points and they should get premoted. i think it also works for pets.

If sims 2 pets is the latest game you installed in your computer then to make sims 2 work you have to put in the sims 2 pets CD. I had the same problem.. I kept trying to run sims with nightlife but the latest game I had installed was apartment life... ~Always put in the disc of the latest game you installed~

No, if you want pets you need to have the pets expansion pack as well, and if you save a family on your regular sims CD it wont come up when you play the expansion. Although I like the ambitions one, theres not a lot of new things, so I'd recommend getting the pets one.

You pull up the Cheat Box using control, shift, and C all at once. Then you type in AgeSimsCheat on. Then you click on the sim and it will come up with a thing that says set age, and you click which ever age group you want her/him at.
