Probably a bad pump or a blown fuse. the relay gets power from the ignition switch, so start there with a diagram so to trace wires to ck for proper voltage and GROUND.
It should be located on the driver side fender... 2nd relay back (because theres a row of relays in that panel) I heard that you can switch the fuel pump relay with the horn relay and if the vehicle starts and the horn wont work then the relay is bad.
Make sure you have voltage at the pump. If you do then the new pump is defective. If not, the fuse is blown or the fuel pump relay is bad. Where is relay?
fuel pump may be bad...fuel fiter may be clogged...do you hear pump when u turn key over?
It could be the fuel pump, fuel filter, alternator, or the relay switch.
Blown fuse, defective fuel pump relay or the fuel pump has failed.
Bad fuel pump?
prob your fuel pump relay
Does the fuel pump work? Check that. yes.
fuse for the fuel pump
U need to also but a fuel pump relay switch located behind the sterring wheel and its also best to change your fuel filter as well
