After the shield is gone Perfect Dark Gaia grabs Gaia Colossus. You must hit Perfect Dark Gaia's hands by pressing the correct buttons in time. Then it will tell you the button you need to press, and it should say x 60. You have short time to do this, but if you do Perfect Dark Gaia is dead. I just finished the game now.
