A bad power window motor is the most common reason for a power window not to work. A blown fuse is the second most common reason for a power window not to work.
To get your power windows to work in your 1994 Astro Van, first remove the interior door panel. Now you can access the actuator, the window switch, and the window motor. Replace the broken part in order to make the windows work again.
could be the motor is bad. check with a mechanic.

I tried replacing the window switch , this isnt the problem all windows still wont work.
The motor is probably damaged or the fuse is blown that powers the power windows.

On my 2004 Jeep Liberty the power windows and the horn relay are powered by the front power outlet fuse. use at least a 20 amp fuse.
The computer chip that controls your windows may not be working. You should have a professional diagnose your windows to determine the actual problem.
Could be bad wiring, could be bad switches or bad relays in the case of the windows and seats... these things require a bit of troubleshooting, as there are multiple possibilities which could be the cause.
