Could be bad wiring, could be bad switches or bad relays in the case of the windows and seats... these things require a bit of troubleshooting, as there are multiple possibilities which could be the cause.

You need to check where you tied into power, I'm guessing you didn't use the original stereo wiring harness. Also check for a main fuse in the engine compartment.
