I am not a mechanic but in my personal experience; whenever I have performed the type of repairs you have mentioned, I would also do a wheel alignment and also check the tires to be sure they are balanced. Good luck!
Warped rotors is the most likely cause. Have the rotors turned or replaced and new pads installed.
your brake rotors are warped. You should repalce you brake pads and have the rotors resurfaced if possible, or replaced.

I would suspect the lug nuts were not torqued to the correct specs and that has warped the rotors. Over-tightening the lug nuts will warp the rotors. Can also be worn suspension parts.
If the vibration goes away in a couple stops it means you got dirty finger prints or other dirt on the rotors. Other wise the rotors are out of true (Warped) and need to be replaced.
Brake vibration is usually caused by the brake rotors being warped. The rotors must be machined or replaced to correct the problem. if you can feel it in the steering then the drums are or rear rotor could be warped
check tires, driveshaft, universal joints Another answer: Do all that. The rotors were not your problem in the first place. They have to do with the brakes. They stop the car. If they were bad, they needed to be replaced. You need to be able to stop your car. You may need a complete front end job.
Warpped rotor. rotors are warped have them checked and turned or replaced. they should be turned after every brake change
