From a Christian perspective, the death of Jesus is commonly regarded as necessary for the forgiveness of sins. To non-Christians, this would seem quite illogical, since it suggests that the Christian God did not have the power or willingness to forgive sins unless he allowed Jesus to be killed. Nevertheless, the strongly-held Christian belief is that it was necessary for Jesus to be crucified and that Jesus knew he would die.
Christ prayed, My God, My God, because by this time God had turned his back on the Earth, to allow his will to be done. With Jesus taking on all sins in the flesh, God had turned his back and could no longer be viewed as the Father for this moment because God's son would be sinless.
Jesus is the Son and also the father John 10:30 "My father and I are one" Jesus was God who came down to allow himself to die on the cross for their sins. Jesus was god who was born by Mary. Jesus was god able to die, sleep, hunger, tired and wept. Jesus is fully man and fully god.
Well, they wouldn't fight. Jesus is God's son and neither of them would fight each other and they would not fight anyone or anything. Neither would win as they have equal strength because Jesus is God. And God is God. But, like I said they would never fight.
Jesus is the Son of God and God in the Flesh. There for Jesus would be considered "King of all Things" Or the Great "I am"
Very painfully, I'd assume.
God sent Jesus for one reason: so that we (humans) may have salvation. God sent Jesus knowing that he would be crucified and ressurected. By Jesus sacrificing himself for our sins we are able to be forgiven by God.
Jesus is God in a human body, with all human properties, so He was able to die for us. Well when Jesus died there would not have been a god left toresurrect Jesus and the devil would have won . He hasn't won.
The Orthodox Church views Jesus Christ as both Son of God and God. Jesus is part of the Holy Trinity - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matt 28:19). Jesus is Lord, Saviour, Messiah, and the Word (Logos) of God (John 1:1). Jesus is co-creator of the world with God the Father in glory (John 17:5) who created the Universe and all things on Earth, including human beings.
No Jesus was not prejudiced as he was the sinless Son of God.
It depends which god you are referring to.
Jesus viewed God as His Father, but not only that but we are told in John 5:18, ".....Jesus also said that God was His father, making Himself equal with God". Philippians 2:6, "Jesus who being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God." Jesus Christ presented Himself to the world as God because He was God. Jesus said to Thomas in John 14: 6-7, Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one come to the father except through me. If you would had known Me, you would have known My Father also." Jesus and the Father are one.
The one and only god, Jesus.
