Yahweh (YHWH) is God. God cannot sin and therefore doesn't repent to himself.
If you are referring to Calvinism: Predestination does not fit with the New Testement's ideas. If predestination was true, then there would be no reason for people to do anything for Jesus.
Its not the point of making an offering to YHWH (God), but the fact of involving Him in your life. Asking Him for what you want, to fulfill your dreams. To bless you. Sometimes you just need to tell YHWH (God) your plans.....Let Him smile and laugh along with you:)
