Why would a 1991 Chevy Cavalier 4-cylinder with a new battery and alternator still have no power?

try checking the starter selonoid connections from the negative battery cable.it's located just below radiator fansitting on top of starter.betcha that solves the problem.may have to replace selonoid switch but inexpensive fix ...good luck
