What is writer's assumption?

Assumptions are beliefs or ideas that we hold to be true - often with little or no evidence required. We make assumptions every day of our lives; for example, as a driver on the highway, I assume that other drivers will obey traffic signals, so that when I go through an intersection with a green light, I assume that the cross traffic will stop at its red light.

There are on average 5 cars stopped in line at a certain traffic light This is an example of what Explain In the ozone layer what molecules are represented by the cars in the analogy?

Analogy indecipherable, since the "cars stopped at a traffic light" are performing no actions. The analogy of cars controlled by a stoplight is often used to describe the impact of control devices on flows in a pipeline where the stoplight acts as a valve periodically releasing a fluid. The resultant packet of cars travels a turbulent slug until it spreads out into a more laminar flow allowing faster cars to pass slower cars. There is no equivalent to this mechanical phenomenon in ozone creation or destruction.

How many years at traffic lights?

That depends on where you drive, how much you drive, how often you drive, and what route you take. There is a traffic light about 3 blocks from my housethat has not changed since about 1992. Three cars are still lined up waiting.I avoid it.

Is a blue light is on every 2 seconds and a green light is on every 3 second and a red light is on every 4 seconds how often in a 4 hour period will all the lights be on at the same time?

all three lights will be on every twelve seconds, or five times per minute. 5 (times per minute x 240 (minutes in 4 hours) = 1200.this is assuming that the duration of the light being on is an immeasurable instant.
