first of all, i hope you are installing the proper bulb. brake light? 1157 if yes, you probably have a water leak and blowing the bulb. over time if water gets on the bulb, it will turn white, compared to clear. to avoid this from happening again, see if there is a leak, and try to seal it or replace the light assembly.
Your best bet would to take it to the Automobile store.
A short in the wiring.
you probally have a bad wire that is shorting out and blowing your fuses.
That would probably be bad valve seals. It would depend on the vehicle as to how easy or hard it would be to repair.
Short in the wiring or one of the bulb receptacles.
There are many things that can cause vibrations in a 2000 Toyota Avalon. One such cause could be a bent rim and another cause for the vibrations underneath the floorboard is the engine.

A wind blowing south in the northern hemisphere would be deflected to the west due to the Coriolis effect. This deflection is caused by the rotation of the Earth, which makes winds in the northern hemisphere veer to the right. So, ultimately, the wind blowing south would end up flowing in a southwesterly direction.
You will definitely need to recharge your air conditioning system when it stops blowing cool air. You should recharge the system at least once a year.
Wind blowing from the north in the northern hemisphere would be deflected to the right due to the Coriolis effect. This is a result of the Earth's rotation causing a deflection of moving air masses.
Are you blowing fuses or are the bulbs blowing? Blowing fuses would be a sign of any wires or metal contacts in your brake circuit grounding out or shorting on themselves. You'll have to check all of the wiring in your brake light/switch circuit to be sure.
