The first thing I would check is your crankshaft position sensor
If your motor is actually starting and not just turning over because the starter is forcing it to then I would check out your ignition switch to make sure your getting power to all the right things in the "Run" position as well as the "start" position.
Gsr comes stock with Alloy rims,Leather,Sun/moon roof, power everything, and a b18c motor w/vtec an integra ls comes stock with a non-vtec b18b or b18A depending on the year integra ls you are talking about vtec=more power to gain this on a stock b18 you can convert to an lsvtec engine by putting a gsr(b18c) head on your b18b block (a b16a head would offer the same effect) some monor tweaks like new water pump (gsr or type r) and an ecu that is geared for vtec would be needed.
One of the best places to purchase genuine accessories for an Acura Integra would of course be Acura. If you are looking for after market parts, places such as Ebay, or Craigslist might be a good start. JC Whitney and Crutchfields are also good sources.
If you have power and ground at the fuel pump while the key is in the start position but have no noise or fuel coming from the pump, then the odds are it is bad
There could be a wire break causing the loss of power to the solenoid. Or there could be a problem with the neutral safety switch, if the switch is bad there will not be any power to the solenoid.
could be a bad fuel pump or fuel filter. have a friend crank the car as you bang on the fuel tank.this can some times free up the trash on your fuel pump.
The year, make, model and engine info would help.
