The very early Christians refused to join the Roman army, and would not fight in any war. However, by the time of Constantine, it is estimated that up to ten per cent of the army consisted of Christians. St Augustine of Hippo also enunciated the doctrine of a just war, saying that a war must be for a good cause, must have a reasonable prospect of success and must not cause more evil than the evils it was intended to fight. In theory, Christians would be among the most reluctant to fight in a war.
The example of the Crusades, for example, shows that in practice, Christians quickly became willing to fight for glory, personal gain, evangelism or any number of unjust causes. The history of Christianity is replete with wars fought for all kinds of selfish and personal motives.
Gladiators fought other gladiators, they were not used to fight Christians. The only time a gladiator would fight a Christian is if his opponent happened to be one.Gladiators fought other gladiators, they were not used to fight Christians. cause Christian people started the war first for holy land that's why Muslims fight with them for their protect..
Ares would fight you.
The war you would fight for the lord would take your whole life time.
The hope of fighting a battle seems so anachronistic for a Christian. The days of persecuting or bullying others, because they do not share Christian beliefs, should be long gone. Most Christians regard Christianity as a religion of peace and would probably never hope or seek to fight a religious battle or holy war. I do not intend to do so.
Because like everyone else christians feel that is right to fight for what God has given them. It is only some sects or denominations of Christians who do not fight like the mennonites or amish.
They would fight
It would only be a war if they fought, wouldn't it.
Germans
They're best friends they would never fight who are you a dummy

The Christians did not fight gladiators. Gladiators were professional athletes and there would be no point in them fighting (mostly) unskilled Christians. The closest to an actual gladiatorial fight would be when a condemned man, either a Christian or any other criminal, was given a sword and made to fight an opponent in the arena. If the condemned man won, another fighter was sent out against him, and this was repeated until the first man was killed.
