it could be fuel pump pressure is over 38 psi., causing it to flood out. check your fuel pressure regulator and pull vac. line off while it is running,see if speed changes,if not try new fuel pressure regulator. the info your have given needs more info, like low on oil ,could the engine be seizing when it warms up? there are a gammit of possiblities for this question.

how does it stall if it wont start?
You can be electrocuted from walk-in shower stalls if there is an accumulation of water in the bottom of the stall. Otherwise it is highly unlikely that you can be electrocuted.
