If its a standard the clutch is slipping Your pretty much bumming in any case.....Hopefully its not the 4 cyl auto 93 up mx6 Infamous for shnitty transmissions And stay away from mazdas they suck......Thecarguy84@live.com any questions added on 10-17-2008 also u may check the catalitic converter first this will cause the engine to rev and sound like it is working but the card doesnt excelerate or vey little. it is a cheaper alternative and i would check it first thx sgtjoebear
See your dealer, At worst, it sounds like you could have a bad apex seal. At best, it may need fuel injector service. Have Mazda run an engine compression/vacuum check to know for sure about the engine seals.
Wheel hubs or bearings or could be the CV shafts.
It would depend on which Mazda. Probes were made by Mazda, and used the same engines as the 626, MX-6, and some Millenias.
No, people living at the equator are not constantly accelerating. The only acceleration they would experience is due to the Earth's rotation, which is a constant speed.
NO!! The Mazda engine and ford engine are totally different period.Mazda was still strickly Mazda until 1993. It was not until 1994 when Mazda and ford became the same on engine and tranmission similarities. You need a Mazda engine for your Mazda transmission.Note the 1986-1993 Mazda bseries trucks are all Mazda manufactured.Ford is not interchangeable with these models period.
It depends on which direction you are resolving the acceleration from. If you use the original direction of the car as it turns it is decelerating as the speed it is moving in that direction is decreasing. If you resolve from the direction which the car will be going towards then it is accelerating as its speed in that direction is increasing.
When a car is travelling at a steady speed, the driving force from the engine is equal to the total resistive forces acting against the car, such as air resistance and friction. This balance of forces allows the car to maintain a constant velocity without accelerating or decelerating.
The maximum speed of a Mazda car would depend on the car model in question however their fastest is that of the Mazda furai Concept which can reach 340 kilometers per hour or 211 miles per hour.
5 speed or automatic?
The amount of oil that goes into a Mazda 3 2.3 liter engine is 4.5 quarts. This would equal 4.3 liters.
This is one of those theoretical situations, like the frictionless surface you will see in physics problems. The short answer is that no, a car travelling at a constant speed is not accelerating. Acceleration is a change in velocity over time. Velocity is speed, so if you have zero change in velocity over a period of time, you have acceleration of zero. In the real world, you will have other factors acting on the vehicle, which would affect the acceleration.
It's probably misfiring. You would need to diagnose why.
