If a cat's tail comes off the cat should see a vet. It is important to make sure that the cat does not have an infection.
Cats who have no tails can still twist about and land on their feet. There are cats who are born without tails, and cats who get their tails caught and cut off, and they can do it. But if the cat had a tail that is just fine, don't cut it off.
If a inside door slams and cuts off part of a cat's tail can that be summited to the insurance co.?
they either have a disease or get it cut off
yes, it would bite off any other body part, why woulden't it bite off your head?
The cat's tail is for balance. like when they climb up a tree and fi they fall their tail will help them turn and land of their feet. hope that helps! :)and they use it when they get mad and tell you to back off:)-wikianswers
No but baby beardies have been known to bite each other's tail off by accident in play
Maybe, however when my cat did, it just lost his equilibrium. He walked around like he was drunk for a few days. The Vet checked him out and said he would be fine the effects just had to wear off.
Yes
No, they can be pulled of but the squirrel will probably bite you before then, or the tail can be cut off which I highly recommend not doing.
He might be depressed. I had a cat that did that right after I left for vacation. You might want to give him extra attention but if he still pulls out his hair I would suggest to go to the vet.
